We are very excited to be the sole UK provider of Italy's most awarded Panettone and leavened good bakery: Tiri bakery in the small region of Basilicata (the sole of the boot).

Since 1957 Tiri have specialised in only leaven bakes for which they have received immense praise and awards.

Information Apricot and Janduia Bauletto

Natural leavened bakery confectionery product.

Weight: 450 g

Ingredients: wheat flour, semi-candied apricot (18%) (apricot, glucose syrup, sugar), butter, sugar, fresh egg yolks, gianduja chocolate (10%) (sugar, hazelnut paste, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa paste, skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), natural sourdough (wheat), honey, malt, salt, natural vanilla berries of Madagascar.


Store in a cool, dry place. The product does not contain preservatives.
